Cavitation

Cavitation is a non-surgical technique to eliminate localized fat through the use of low frequency ultrasound. Its main advantage is that it offers the possibility of achieving the same results as liposuction, but without the need for surgical intervention, which is why more and more people prefer cavitation as a painless alternative, without anesthesia and very effective, and without leaving any signs or scars on the skin.

The ultrasounds of cavitation generate small bubbles in the fat cells that implode, causing the rupture of these cells that turn into liquid. Finally, this liquid is expelled through the urine and the lymphatic system.

BENEFITS

Reduction of Localized Fat
Body Contouring
Improved Skin Elasticity and Tone
Stimulation of the Lymphatic System

Frequency

A treatment is recommended every 7 to 10 days. The total number of sessions varies depending on the client’s goals, typically ranging from 6 to 12 sessions for optimal results.

After completing the treatment cycle, it is recommended to perform maintenance sessions every 2 to 3 months to maintain the results.

Duration

A typical cavitation session lasts between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the area being treated and the client’s condition.

Aftercare

  • Hydration:  Drink at least 1.5 liters of water after the treatment to help eliminate toxins and broken-down fats through the lymphatic system.
  • Exercise: Light to moderate physical activity (such as walking) for at least 20 minutes after the session to promote fat elimination.
  • Avoid Alcohol and Fatty Foods:  Avoid consuming alcohol and high-fat foods for 48 hours, as they can interfere with the fat elimination process.
